Why have a professional clean

Even if you vacuum your carpets regularly, they will gradually soil with ingrained dirt over time.  A professional clean will not only remove deep- seated dirt and stains, but will keep allergy-causing house dust mites and bacteria at bay and extend the life of your carpets.  Smaller portable carpet cleaning machines that can be hired lack the power and suction to provide a deep clean.  Although they may seem a cheap alternative, they will leave chemical residues in the carpet, which means your carpets resoil quicker. 

The right equipment

We use a Phoenix Truckmount machine which has a powerful pressure

pump (up to 1000psi), which we can use with a range of wands, and an

Oreck Orbiter to agitate and even dry clean carpets.  Effective agitation of

carpet fibres loosens the soil deep down in the pile, to provide a deep and

thorough clean removing residual dirt that would otherwise wick up as the

carpet dries.  Loosened dirt and solution is recovered from deep in the

carpet pile using high temperature water jets sent through the extraction

wand under high pressure.  The powerful vacuum extraction system will

then remove all the moisture and soiling from the carpet.

Different spillages need to be tackled in different ways, so our experience is invaluable.  We don’t hide stains with bleaching agents like some off-the- shelf solutions, which can do more harm than good.  Do scrape up solids, and blot up any excess liquids to remove as much of the spill as possible, but don’t do anything else before you call us.
